Please follow these directions for all Returns, Repairs, and Exchanges. You must create an account to make an Exchange, Repair or Return. Once you have created an account, log in and view your purchase history. Select which order you would like to receive an Return Authorization Number (RAN) for. Select either Return, Repair or Refund. Leave a detailed explanation for your return, then click "Start RAN Process". A customer service representative will review your request, then issue a RAN and our return mailing address via your purchasing email.
All packages shipped to us require at minimum a delivery confirmation number. We recommend the United States Postal Service priority mail with delivery confirmation. You may use any courier you prefer.
IMPORTANT! Once you have mailed the package back you will need to log into your account and input the tracking number for your returning item. Keep this number for your records as well.

We offer a 10 day return policy (upon receiving your order) if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. Simply log into your account and request a Return Authorization Number. Once returned (at your cost) you will be refunded the amount of your original purchase. We do not refund shipping fees.
A 90-day warranty against Manufactures defects and mechanical failure (movement) with the exception of water damage. We stand strong behind our products. Please note the customer is responsible for postage on returned items.
All watches are sold at its maximized size. Stainless steel bands must be fitted by removal of links at your convenience. Leather bands can be easily adjusted based on the size of the owner’s wrist.
To receive a refund please follow the direction above. We will email you a RAN and the return address to send the watch back to. All returns for refunds must be returned to us 10 days prior to receiving the watch. The watch must be in the exact condition as you received it. The plastic can not of been removed. All watches are subject to inspection prior to making the refund. A 15% restocking fee may be applied if the watch does not meet the refund policy. Refunds may take up to 10 days for the credit to be issued. If you have any questions please give our customer service a call.

All returns must be post dated no later than 10 days after receiving your watch. Returns made after the 10 day guarantee may be charged a 15% restocking fee. We will gladly accept all returns proving the watch has not been sized, worn, plastic removed, damaged or tampered with. To make a return please follow the directions above.
Once we have received the watch we will credit your credit card for the purchase amount. Credits can take up to 10 business days to post to your card.

If you are not satisfied with your watch and are still within the 10 day guarantee, you have the option to exchange the watch for a different watch. If the price of the watch you would like to exchange for is a different price please make all necessary adjustments. Please note that you are responsible for the $10.00 USD shipping charges back to you. ( International orders $35.00 ) EXAMPLE.. If your original purchase was $159.00 and you would like to exchange for a watch that is $169.00 Then you would send a BLANK POSTAL MONEY ORDER or cash for $20.00 ( $10.00 watch price difference plus $10.00 shipping charge back to you. ) If you are making an even exchange then you would send a BLANK POSTAL MONEY ORDER for $10.00 USD or Cash to cover the shipping back to you. In the return please provide the following information. Please print and include the following form when exchanging your watch.

* Money orders must be obtained by the United States Post Office, and left BLANK. We also accept cash. We have never had a problem with customers sending cash through the mail.
* International orders will be charged $35.00 paid by Visa or Master Card only.
In the unlikely event that you watch was defective from stock, or is under the 90 day warranty period we will gladly repair the watch for you free of charge. Please follow the direction above to initiate a repair ticket. A RAN will be issued to you once approved.
